What to wear: We know it’s confronting, but the best way to see your progress is to take a before photo that shows all those areas you’re uncomfortable with. These are the areas you may see the most pronounced changes in so it’s great to see how far you’ve come! Wear plain coloured underwear, bikini or underwear with a sports bra.
How to set up your photo: Take a selfie in the mirror or use your auto timer on your phone or even have a friend help you take your photos. Make sure your body is centered in the frame, especially for photos taken from the back. Be sure they are full body shots.
How to take your photo: Make sure you take your progress photos in clear focus at the same time of day, with the same light in the same place if you can. Stand in front of a blank, plain coloured wall, be in a relaxed pose and don’t “suck it in” or “push it out” just let us see the REAL YOU!
How many photos to take: Take one photo from the front, one of a side profile and one from the back.
